Flag Day Activities for the Classroom
Flag Day, also known as National Flag Day, celebrates the American flag and commemorates the adoption of the first national flag in 1777. Flag Day is celebrated with parades and flag ceremonies, and of course, proudly displaying the Star Spangled Banner.
